Shri BAKULESH.J.MEHTA, who is B.E. (Civil) Structural Engineer and is well versed with Structural designs and allied works since last 24 years. Mr B.J.Mehta is a practising Consulting Structural Engineer, Rehabilitation/Repair Consultant and a Project Management Consultant.

After graduation he worked as a Site Engineer for 2 Years with Lodha Group of companies on various Residential Projects wherein he worked as a Junior Civil Engineer.

Thereafter from 1985 to December 1988 was employed with M/S Balvant.D. Mehtalia (Architects and Consulting Engineers) as Structural Designer and Project Engineer on various Residential, Industrial and Commercial Projects wherein his duties included Preparing Detailed Structural Designs and drawing (Both manual & Computer aided designs in accordance with the relevant codes of practice and using Design Software’s on Computers, Preparing Cost Estimates, Tender drafts, Preparing Comparative Statements of the short listed Contractors, Preparing work orders, Construction, Material, labour and cash flow Schedules, Bar charts, Using PERT/CPM Techniques, Guiding Site -Engineers, Routine Site visits for project monitoring and ensuring Quality of workmanship, Achieving targetted Time Schedules and timely Completion, Certifying of Contractor’s Bills and Preparing a Completion Report.

Thereafter since 2nd January 1989 he started his Own practice as a Consulting Structural Engineer and a Project Management Consultant in the name of M/S B.J.MEHTA & ASSOCIATES and subsequently formed a Private Limited Company known as B. J. Mehta Architectural & Structural Consultants Pvt Ltd.
